Partner with Wetline.
We work with the people homeowners already trust on wildfire risk: insurance agents, HOAs, builders, real estate agents and property managers. You refer; retired firefighters do the rest.
[ 01 ]Who we partner with
Built for the people homeowners ask first.
Every referral gets the same thing: a free assessment by a retired firefighter and a plan your client can act on.
Insurance agents and brokers
Clients being non-renewed or stuck on the FAIR Plan get a hardened home and an insurance-ready report that lists each mitigation the way underwriters read it.
Safer from Wildfires →HOAs and property managers
Community walks, a plan for every home, red flag day support from our Fire Brigade, and a free live fire map for your community site.
Fire Brigade →Builders, architects and remodelers
Rebuilds and remodels must meet California's wildfire building code. We design sprinklers, vents, coatings and window protection into the project from day one.
Rebuilding guide →Real estate agents
Homes for sale in fire zones need a defensible space inspection. A pre-listing assessment shows buyers and their insurers a home that's ready.
AB 38 inspections →Security and estate managers
For estates and gated communities: shared access lists, gate codes and a pre-plan, so your team and our crews work together on red flag days.
24/7 monitoring →[ 02 ]How it works
Four steps. No cost.

Who can partner with Wetline?
Insurance agents and brokers, HOAs and property managers, builders, architects and remodelers, real estate agents, and security or estate management companies that serve homes in Greater Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada.
What does it cost to partner?
Nothing. Partners refer clients or communities to a free assessment, and we take it from there.
Do you work with insurance agents on placement?
Wetline is a licensed contractor, not an insurance agent. We harden the home and document every mitigation in the terms underwriters use, so the agent can make the case to carriers. The carrier sets final pricing.
Can you speak to our HOA or office?
Yes. A retired fire chief from our team can give a free talk on fire danger, flashy fuels, the five-foot zone and what insurers look for.
How do my clients get started?
They book a free assessment through your partner link. A retired firefighter walks the property and leaves a layer-by-layer plan with pricing.
