Our exterior sprinkler systems are designed by a 20-year veteran Division Fire Chief and feature a 4-way redundant start option, including a heat sensor and remote phone app*. And because we use onsite water sources like reservoirs or swimming pools, and bring in portable water storage tanks, our systems are completely independent of the utility grid, which may shut down during an emergency.

Multiple Layers of Wildfire Defense

In addition to water, we also incorporate a biodegradable Class-A fire suppressant into our sprinkler systems, which is an environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agent that cools 21 times faster than water. And to provide even more protection, we apply a patented Class A Clear Coat Fire Retardant to all exterior surfaces, which has been tested to withstand extreme fire temperatures.
